So I found myself a bit low on oil and my local Carquest out of stock in 5W-40 Synthetic, so I call up my local VW parts department, which is much closer than my Audi dealer and ask if I can come over and buy a quart..

Sure, no problem..

The second I pull up... and I mean the *second*, 3 guys come running out, and within 5 more seconds, the car is swarmed with no less than 10 people, mechanics, managers, everyone in the shop.

They spent about 45 minutes with their cell phones, taking video, calling people.

This freaking car, its like the Brad Pitt of sports sedans right now. I don't know how long this will last, obviously it has something to do with how new it is, but I have never seen this level of interest for my S4, not even 2/10ths the interest.

They were all very cool and had nothing but nice things to say about the car. It's also nice to make a few friends with knowledgeable mechanics who have contacts within Audi/VW and can help in a pinch.
