Default Looking into purchasing an 07 RS4...

Any problems I should be on the lookout for? Also, any differences between early 07's vs. later 07's and when those changes occurred (VIN or Production Month/Year)? Appreciate the help...

Default Check the VIN Registry

Scroll to the bottom and the differences are listed. Very little was changed. Almost all cars have been reliable regardless of build date. Email me if you want a lead on a 2007.

http://webpages.charter.net/parkhill/RS4/RS4_VIN_List.htm</a

Default Thanks, good info. A couple more questions...

One of the 2007-a units I'm interested in has "Audi Corp. (TRNG)" in the Mods/Misc column and has since been sold to a private party. Is there any record of the type of training Audi did with these units before they were sold to the public? Also, any known issues with the early VIN's under 900100? Thanks again...

Default If you're looking at a red one from cali...

i would steer clear. it's been on the lot for a looong time and probably horribly abused during the "training" period. i haven't seen the car in person though...

Could you be more specific? What kind of training were they used for?

Not sure how to send e-mails on this board...I checked the "Send email on followup replies?" box...
