Also looks like the Magnaflow is on sale for $998.59, I like the sound, just not a fan of the tips!, is there a way to retain stock tips?

you need someone to custom weld different tips on. i'm not crazy about the mag tips either, but i got my system used for $400 so how could i go wrong. while they don't look as good as stock or milltek they're not that bad and if money is a factor it's hard to go wrong with the mag system imo.

It's legit, here's how it works:

Magnaflow, like many companies, mandates a "minimum advertised price" policy. No company can fix pricing for their distributors, but they can mandate how much the product is advertised for.

To offer better pricing, many distributors offer these hidden coupons good upon checkout.

The price is legit, that distributor is legit and no one's breaking any rules.

This is a common practice in the industry.

IIRC correctly, the product is even shipped directly from MagnaFlow in many cases.

And no, you cannot change tips unless you do major surgery to the system.
