Milltek's fit like SHXT in real life
After seeing a few milltek exhausts in real person, none of them fit the way I expected.
Is that because of inproper installation?
OEM fit 100% and milltek fits like round 80% by my standard. You can tell they are aftermarket (because of poor fit) from 15 feet away.
I guess it's very noticable because they are dual and you get to compare the left with the right.
What's your experience?
From photos, GMG doesn't fit that well either.

When I worked at SCR - our mechanic would tweak exhausts to fit visually
with every install - he spent at least 20 minutes doing this with each one. It was an art as much as a science to him.

If you're talking about tip alignment....
...it is 100% an installation issue. The problem is that it is EXTREMELY challenging to get them lined up, then, after a few heat cycles, the expansion and contraction of the stainless steel causes a change in alignment. Milltek's stainless expands and contracts at a wild rate.
Case in point: ice cold, my tip extends .75 inches from the black rear valance. After driving for an hour, it moves further our to 1.5 inches out.
Last Wednesday, my tips were perfectly aligned...a week later, the left side is sagging down toward the left again. I give up.

I installed Milltek myself on an S4cab, fit perfectly but I spent an hour making little
