Default More VAG COM questions...

It's been a couple of years since I used my VAG COM on my S4, but now I want to do it with my RS4. But everytime I read Ross Tech's site, I start to get dizzy. So, I'm asking if someone could post in plain English some easy instructions. Sparkhill has already started a nice list, but I liked changing the open all locks with single button on remote. I remember subtracting 4 from some total. Is this still the same? What address to find this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Default From what I recall, some things can be changed with the HEX-COM while others need the other

I tried an old USB HEX-COM cable and for some reason it wouldn't recognize my A4 though other people had better luck than me so it could have been something I was doing (most likely).
