My father-in-law just put his Hartmann RS4 replicas with snows on his car and found out they don't
have tire pressure sensors. Any suggestions? I drive a B6 S4 Avant and don't have them on my car so I'm not that familiar with the Audi TPMS. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks.

TireRack sells them for around $300 , but they are on backorder until mid-November. Otherwise...
contact the dealer or disable the TPMS for the winter months using a VAG.

Fvck the sensors. Just disable the tpms with a vag-com and be done with it...
17-instruments, adaptation channel 61: subtract 512 from whatever value is currently there. Write down the original value first for safekeeping just in case.
You can always enable later again when you remount the stockers by adding 512 to the same parameter.
Speaking of which, mine is going to be permanently disabled if Audi doesn't figure out a way to fix my tpms control module/sensor issues in a timely manner (like by this afternoon).

the sensors are actually integrated into the special valve stems...
This is a hassle for some to unmount and transfer the stems from the stockers just to use them on the winter wheels only to have to transfer them back to the stockers when winter is over and have to mount & balance them again at the risk of rim damage. I wouldn't do it.
Much easier to either have a separate set of sensors for the winter wheels or even easier (and cheaper) if you just disable the system altogether with vag-com at the expense of not having an active way to electronically monitor tire pressures.
