My left rear bumper was a victim of a hit-and-run
I left work two days ago to find that my left rear bumper was dented and scratched severely with a wide mark, likely left by a large truck trying to take a turn too quickly!
I just put the new license plates on the weekend before!
The irony is that I park my car as far in the parking lot away as possible to avoid dings!
Oh well, that's what insurance is for...and what a $500 deductible is for! The body shop is going to simply replace the entire rear bumper, with an estimate of $1100.

Re: Sorry to hear... that's a relatively low deductible though at least.
That sucks! That happened on my M3 and regardless of the damage the fact they take off is infuriating!
BTW Check with your insurance, I lowered my deductible to 250 and it was 8 dollars difference a year!
Good luck!
