so when I had my old phone (blackberry 8700g) if I ended a call using the end button on the phone it gave me nasty feedback. If I ended it using the steering wheel or the nav+ unit everything went ok.

So i got the new blackberry 8100 ("pearl"). If I end the call using the phone it disconnects fine. Also my 8700g used to take so long to pass CID info to the nav unit. This one does it righ away. Ill do more testing with the pearl and the nav+ but consider this a peliminary review.

P.S. Phonebook comes through OK also.

if you do more than a few emails a day on the device it didn't seem too practical to me....basically a blackberry phone rather than a blackberry...

nice looking though...

oh, and the little ball mouse thing instead of the side wheel - annoying too
