Need dealership service advise in New Jersey
Cannot believe how quickly the miles rack up. Need to bring my RS4 in for 5,000 mile service. I bought the car from Riverside Audi. Any experiences (good or bad) with their service? Anyone have other NJ dealership recommendations? Just being cautious since I have heard some people say that their dealer forgot to put back some underside fasteners, etc. Please advise, thanks.

Brian Posey, the service writer, is great at Riverside. Always available to help.

That Papaya Orange RS4 needs some special treatment ;-o)
Go to Riverside (they are your sales guys anyway, though it doesn't matter sometimes), have Franca write you up, and ask that service be performed by Pablo. Bel is the other alleged RS4 resident guru, but I reserve judgement on that for the moment based on a recent experience (but all ended well eventually as all parties retributed themselves).
Also, I would ask for Peter - the Service Manager and a great guy - to personally inspect your DRC for leaks. Just over the last week they have had 3 RS4s in for such service, so by now they are well versed with the issue and its resolution...
Ask me how I know this level of detail...
