All nice watches - my 1st choice would be the Panerai.

Default You need a nixon 51-30.

Every where I go people compliment me on it. Men women and children. I am not kidding. It's only $400. Check it out. I have two, a black face and a white face. I am a manager at a four star hotel and you would not believe the compliments I get.

Default not a fan of rubber/plastic straps.

they're not comfortable and I think they look cheap. I tried on that Chopard in your post...very uncomfortable. I think you're better off with a SS bracelet.

the other thing to consider is that an automatic isn't necessarily the best choice for sport use, especially sports where violent or repetitive motion could damage the movement.

Default Thanks Bob...Heard that about the Chopard strap...not looking...

to play sports with it, just a "sporty" watch. Can't beat the old Ironman for the sports...battery dies and buy another......

Thanks.........

Panerai all the way. That looks like the PAM252 North Pole Edition. I own Panerai and besides great large style 44mm on most they hold there value Better than most watches including Rolex. Straps change within a minute you can have rubber, leather, gator ect.. It is very easy to change the strap and that can change the look of the watch. I have been a Panerai owner for about 4 years use it a daily watch and during sporting activities and runs great. Check our the website paneristi.com lots of info to make your decisions.

It's heavy but it is good quality. After a while you don't realize its on.

Default Among the few I've found with a comfortable rubber strap is Hublot.

Of the three you showed, the Panny, by far.
