Need quick decision: Buy new RS4, or keep BMW 335i
I am in a unique situation - and have the opportunity to get an RS4 on a company lease for $639/mo, nothing down.
I own a BMW 335i that is paid for.
Would you pocket the $639/mo and keep the BMW - or take the lease and sell the BMW?
I kind of hate the idea of a car payment of any sort - but $639/mo for an RS4 also seems like a great deal...

Factors.....
Have you driven the RS4? How do the 2 cars compare?
How many miles on the 335?
How much can you seriously get for the 335?
What is the buyout price on the RS4 at the end of the lease?

Re: Factors.....
I haven't driven the RS4 yet - but owned an S4 before my 335. I expect the RS4 will out-torque the 335 to no end, since my S4 always "felt" faster to me than the 335. I loved my S4, I really like my 335. I expect I'd probably like the RS4 more than my S4.
27k miles on my 335.
I can probably seriously get around $30k for it give or take selling it private party. Less if I were to do the dealer thing.
The buyout on the RS4 will be really high I expect. I would expect the residual to likely be more than the value of the car after 3 years with 15k per year put on the car.

Twin turbo against V8!
I went from B5 S4 to RS4 and don't regret it at all. But there is no comparison. The RS4 does not have the same low end that the S4 had but it has an amazing engine. Better than my ferrari (apart from the sound). That said the RS4 is faster than both the BMW and the S4. The handling is also completely different from the S4, much easier to rotate around a bend.
Last, but certainly not least it has that Audi interior which is probably better than any other car. I got the Aluminum trim, I think the CF is a little over the top but either way real class inside.
There are great deals on the RS4, $10K under list but that has got to hit the residuals. Check further down, 07 RS4s are trading for $48-50k right now. Having driven, but not owned, the 335i I would not hesitate to say the RS4 is way better.

Food for thought...
Decide if you want to do this for fun or money.
For money: Keep the BMW, pocket the cash.
For more fun: Get the RS4.
Pretty simple decision actually when you think about it this way.
Cheers

You really need to get a test drive in an RS4.....
If you absolutely love it, then go for it. If not, stay with what you've got. Also remember that a few thousand in aftermarket uogrades on a 335 and it will outrun an RS4 (in straight line on dry pavement)
