Default New to me RS4

Hello All,

I just purchased (well last year...) an 2007 RS4. It is Misano Red with the Audi Exclusive package interior. Here are a couple of pics:

I flew down to Texas and drove it back to Boston (Outstanding Trip!). Took me 2 days...it could have been shorter if I wanted to get arrested.

Of course, since I am a newbie I do have one silly question (and I have searched on a couple of forums for the answer), how do I get my 8830 BlackBerry to pair the Bluetooth in my RS4? I can't for the life of me get it to work and YES I RTM.

Regards

Congrats on a nice RS4. I have the same phone and it paired right up. I think you have a limited amount of time once you turn the key on to pair it up, but it's been a while and don't remember many details. Let us know how it goes.

You have to update your Blackberry to the very latest software (4.5). I had to do this to get my 8830 to pair with the car.

Default Hmmm...

Hockeyman11385: I will try that..my Blackberry is running v.4.2. I made a mistake, my BB is model 8810 but I bet that doesn't make much difference.

Thanks and I will let you know.

Congratulations! I thoroughly enjoy my RS4 and hope you do the same. In good health, I might add. What is your interior like? Alcantara centers with red piping? I can't seem to be able to enlarge the pictures?

FYI - I used to have a BB 8810 and that one worked fine in the RS4, too.

ELEVENS: Thanks for the compliments. I tried Hockeyman's suggestion but it still didn't work. I upgrade to the most recent copy of the BB s/w and I still can't pair. I also set the Nav to factory defaults.

Something isn't right...
