MSRP for the B6/B7 Vent Integrated Digital Interface is $389.00, you can choose to have it pre-installed into a new Black, Tan or Grey OEM vent for an additional $150.00

Terms of early adopter pricing is as follows:

• 1-19 purchases (combined between the B6 and B7 platform) 10% discount ($350.10-$485.10)
• 20-49 purchases (combined between the B6 and B7 platform) 15% discount ($330.65-$458.15)
• 50+ purchases (combined between the B6 and B7 platform) 20% discount ($311.20-$431.20)

• A fully refundable deposit at the 15% discount level is required to become an early adopter, if we reach the 20% discount level, you will be refunded when we hit 50+ units.

The B6 vent integrated digital interface uses an "analog only" harness and will feature boost, vacuum, peak boost recall, battery voltage and there are two additional 0-5V analog inputs that can be used for sensors such as a wide band sensor or fuel pressure sensor) a "high resolution" analog boost sensor is included at no additional charge.

The B7 vent integrated digital interface will feature all of the same existing functionality as the current offerings for the MK5/6 GTI, A3 8P and MKII TT. We will continue to update this thread as we receive more information from P3 Cars, expect to see a product video sometime Mid-September. can you explain the relevance of this product for RS4 owners? As I see it, it would be great for a turbocharged 2.0T A4, but otherwise, I don't see much value in it for an RS4 owner. What am I missing?


i.e. the description mentions

boost/vac (irrelevant to RS4)
EGT (irrelevant to RS4)
IAT (interesting...although the RS4 IAT sensor location sucks)
Coolant temp - there's a gauge for that
Oil temp - we already have oil temp in the DIS
Speed - there's a gauge for that
RPM - there's a gauge for that

So that leaves
Battery voltage - I need that info about once every 5 years, and VAGCOM works well if there's a problem
Performance stuff - definitely cool
Throttle plate -(not sure what this measures...throttle valve angle?)
