<center><img src="http://www.kemsf.com/RS4/images/rs4ad_3.jpg"></center><p>Hey all,

I picked up my slightly used Phantom Black RS4 yesterday with 8700 miles (thats after a 400 mile drive home).

Previously I had a 2003 Carrera 4S which I loved... but my lifestyle requires something with more space and I can take skiing. So it seemed the RS4 was the perfect fit. I was skeptical if the RS4 was going to feel as fast as the 911. The 911 had a great sense of speed because it was so low and smaller and it was a lot lighter. I've got to say the RS4 is fast... no doubt, faster then the 911. Although at speed its so smooth it doesn't feel its going fast. At 80mph in the RS4 it felt like I was going really slow. I think thats the smooth ride from the DRC.

So far I LOVE the engine and all the gadgets and features are cool. Never had navigation before so having the RSN-e screen that slides down and everything is really cool. Even the power rear sunshade which I always thought was a silly option I find really neat now (lol).

Overall I think I made the right choice and I'm really happy.

I miss the full leather dash and alcantara headliner from the 911... I think for the price Audi could have done this on the RS4, but thats just a small quip. The only thing I dont like so far is the no pause button on the cd player. wtf?

I haven't taken any proper pics yet, but here are some crappy ones the previous owner had:

Default Congrats!...

If you do the firmware upgrade (version 150) your power button will act as a mute/pause button. To turn the radio off you would hold down the power button for 2 seconds.

You can try to get the software on www.navplus.us or contact your dealer for the newest Nav disc which would have the new firmware.
