Question 1) what fuse to use for V1 radar install?
2)Will my VAG-COM for my B6S4 work with the B7 RS4? and if so are codes similar or completely different. For instance, I want to unlock all 4 doors with single button.
3) What motor oil comes on the RS4 (so I can stock up).
4)Lastly, what mods are out there already? Like, exhaust, intake, short-shifter.

1) not sure but obviously something switched would be favorable and I'm sure the fusebox assignments can't be too far different from those in the S4. trial and error and take your pick.

2) VAG-COM will work. The defaults to the codes are slightly different but for the most part, the locations are the same for 8E audis. You will need a HEX-COM or USB-COM with a CAN interface as this car requires it. I managed to recode mine as you intend to do among other things without any problems.

3) 5W40. Someone posted that it was specifically Castrol Syntec 5W40 from the factory, although any 5W40 synthetic that is 502 compliant will do for topping off purposes.

4) Shortshift kit is out from stratmosphere as is a non-valved cat-back. No intake or exhaust alternatives as of yet that is readily available as far as I know.

...because it's easily accessed on the rear side of the fuse box if you remove the rear cover. (You'll have to look up the number on the list. I don't have it handy.) It's switched with the ignition and has plenty of capacity to spare.
