Default Oh, I got a bad feeling about this...

So, I was supposed to pick up my RS4 today and got a call. During the pre-delivery inspection, one of the shock absorbers was leaking. Supposedly, it is going to be ready for delivery tomorrow.

My S4 was reliable with few issues (particularly for a German car). I am getting a bad vibe from this. I just am.

I know the DRC is not a reliable system, but I figured I was going to at least get to drive the car once before it failed. Geez. I so hope this does not portend my future relationship with this car.

Better they find it now vs after you have been driving it.

Default don't sweat it. Supposedly the suspension is the weak link of the RS4 its not like yours is having

engine issues. Everything will be just fine.

Default Initially I thought you were talking about the vBulletin change and then I read your post and

realized your problem is not that bad.

Default Same thing happened to me > took six months to sort out issues with the

DRC. Hope your issues are more easily fixed than mine. They replaced the shocks two times and finally flew in an audi tech from Boston who fixed.

Default I am picking up today (supposedly)

from Holbert. The part is installed and they are refilling the system. I am waiting for a call back. I may be driving it this afternoon. We will see.

Which dealership were/are you using in the area (given your sig)?

I also hope this is not a six month affair. It sucks that is took that long for you, but they at least fixed it eventually.
