Default Oil Leaks

Just picked up my RS4/Christmas present on the 23rd. This morning I noticed a little bit of oil on the garage floor. Is this something to be concerned about or is it normal new car drippings. The car is fantastic! Thanks in andvance.

It shouldn't be leaking. Take it in.

Are you sure it's an oil leak and not some kind of tar like sealant ?

Default New cars should not "drip"

You can place some paper under the car to find the area that's dripping. Unfortunately, with the belly plates, it may come out a long way from it's origin. Once you've identified that it continues to occur, take it in. There are a few new vehicles that have had issues with the shocks leaking right at delivery.

It could be one of the shocks. That is what happened on mine.
