Basically all modern Audis have a front undertray which blocks direct access to the oil pan.

So how do you get at it to drain off your oil ?

Take the undertray off. That should take 10 bolts or so.

It takes about a minute. If that's too much work for you, just bring your car to the dealer.

Its probably closer to 15-20min.. but I doubt they would drain off the initial synthetic if I ask..
