Default 4.7 ohm 1/4 watt resistor across the 2 airbag wires that are NOT Brown

There is a 3 pin connector under the seat.
Brown wire is ground. Just jump the other 2 with the resistor. Any radio shack should have a 5 pack for .99 cents.

I used the recaro parts to shut off the light from the side airbags when installing my sport toplines. You will still get a warning light from the passenger side weight sensor. You can take the sensor pad out of the existing seat (not if you plan to replace them later or sell them) or buy the sensor from Audi. It only comes with the seat rebuild kit to the tune of ~$500. You may be able to get one out of a wreck but will probably have to buy the whole seat.Tried several solutions wiring resistors into the circuit but the light always came back. In the end I gave up and used the oldest mod I know - a piece of elect tape over the damn airbag light.

No - it will stay on because of no sensor pad in the pass seat.
