Ordered Canuck's subwoofer mods today
Ordered the Hertz HX250 today, the grill guard, and they had the Alpine 1.600 amp in stock. Took me some time to find a dealer that carried Hertz, but man they have some nice stuff! They played me some of their mille components on the floor and they sound sooo sweet.
On the sub install, I am doing the exact same thing as Canuck did, except one minor difference: I am going to have the enclosure front plate done to match the sprint blue exterior, and put a little RS4 badge on it. Thought I would add a little customization to it.
Since I am traveling next 3 weeks, the car won't go in for the work until 2nd week in December, long wait!
One other important question: Anyone know if Audi is working on a firmware update for the nav/head unit to actually display artist and song info from an Ipod? I hate the way it works now, pretty lame.

nope to Audi workiing on mod for us - they are on to the newer models
