that footage was taken from a 1 hour video published in 1993...
...called 'the story of quattro' or something like that. I dl'ed the torrent recently and burned it to DVD...lots of great '80's rally footage as well as footage of the old IMSA GTU 90 quattros and the V8 touring cars. The accompanying music is pretty lame, but you could watch it on mute and still be entertained.
