Own a B7 RS4 - Audiworld needs you!
Audiworld and Royal Purple have a head to head vs. a BMW M3.
Presented by Royal Purple and airing on SPEED channel and across the worldwide web ‘The Forum Wars’ is the first and only show dedicated to giving real members of real online car communities the opportunity to go head to head with their rival counterparts in the ultimate racing challenge.
Royal Purple’s ‘The Forum Wars’ is accepting applications from Audi RS4 owners RIGHT NOW!
Forum vs Forum. RS4 vs. BMW M3. Owner vs. Owner.
Official drag race. Timed Lap. Timed slalom. Three events. One winner.
If you have the car, experience on the track, and the eggs to bring it in front of a broadcast audience then Royal Purple’s ‘The Forum Wars’ WANTS YOU!
If you….
- Own a B7 Audi RS4 (street legal, DOT approved tires, current registration and insurance)
- Have track experience
- Live in L.A or surrounding counties – or willing to drive
- Come fully trash talk equipped and ready to be on camera
Royal Purple’s ‘The Forum Wars’ wants to hear from you.
Email theforumwars@gmail.com, briefly stating why it should be you representing your community and the mighty RS4. Please also include details of your location, driving experience and a picture of your car.
This is a “run what you brung” competition. No tire changes. No trackside tuning..

Wow. I would pay to go see this event. I have the car, but unfortunately, not much track experience at all. I've read so many threads about M3 owners saying that the e90/e92 M3 would spank the RS4 on the track. I would LOVE to see the opposite happen.

SoCal Audiworld members! We're still accepting submissions from B7 RS4 owners.
Represent your car, your community and yourself, while taking your chance to hand it to the M3 guys.
Stock or modded - We want to hear from all of you.
Any takers?
Email theforumwars@gmail.com with your details and a pic of your car.
Cheers!

I'm up for it. Google me. Former M3 owner, now RS4 owner and I can hold my own against most on a track and can certainly school those girls over at the M3 forums who are still deabting whether or not synthetic oil qualifies as a modification.
If you can find an M3 owner willing to get his skirt out of the door and muss up his hair in a helment, I might be up for it.
VR knows me.

Damn, I just sold my RS4 (can't afford 6 cars with 3 teenagers now driving) or I would have been all over this thread.
The RS4 was the best car I have driven at the track with students in the car for teaching them the track. Very neutral, lots of power, and great brakes. Point and Shoot. Of course the weight with 4-5 adults made the tires very unhappy after a few laps as they would get very greasy. There is something about 5000 lbs of car going 110 mph (had to touch the brakes to bring it down from 125) through the esses at Reno Fernley that made students pay attention.
The M3 is a nice car also. It is just different. For me the RS4 was defintely the best all around car I had ever owned.
If anyone wants to let me drive their RS4 for the challenge I'd be happy to represent Audi again.

Tad
