Default please help with bluetoooth

i am one of those gadget freaks and usually don't have a problem with this kind of stuff, but for some reason i cannot get my phone to discover the car.. i've tried 2 different phone to be sure and both can't find the vehicle bluetooth.

discover on both phones = ON.
is my car bluetooth messed up, disabled, or something else?
