There is something I just don't like about this vB format here on AW but don't mind the one on AZ.

After some scoping around, I discovered that the individual can configure the the site to appear in many different ways. One of these ways is virtually identical to the threaded kawf format that we all love. Remember, this new site is in its infancy. Changes will be made over time. Personally I feel that the AW crew is responding fairly rapidly to all the feedback.

I have been in a leadership/administrative position with my job now for the past several years. I have brought an organization through radical change. I have seen people jump ship at the first sight of anything different only to realize that they might have acted in haste. I'm hoping that we will end up with an AW site that combines the best of the old with the best of the new, and that is what I see happening.

It would be different if AW was saying F-U to it's public, but they are not. They are acting on the feedback received, so give the folks some credit.
