Problems with Euro Steering Wheel

Problems with Euro Steering Wheel
Three problems:
<b>1) My keyfobs don't work,</b> I have to manually lock and unlock the car. One of the modules (either Cent. Elect. or Cent. Conv., can't remember) is throwing a "Key 1 -- " fault code, weird.
___So far- I tried reprogramming them but they still do not function.
___Normally when I set a seat memory slot to a key I can hear a faint "click" sound from a relay... not with the key right now.
<b>2) Telematics (Bluetooth) and the Navigation</b> are both throwing "Control Module for Steering Column Electronics -- No signal/Communication" fault codes.
___So far- I can recode the navigation and make this go away, but it then throws an "incorrect coding" fault.
___I cannot find a way to make the telephone one go away.
<b>3) Steering wheel</b> is throwing fault code "Control Module Incorrectly Coded", even though it's correct for the wheel on it.
___So far- Changed the coding for it to a few different things, no results. Has to be 04441 / 14441 for it to stop appearing.
Any ideas?

Try a search for my UserID and the word VAG or Euro Wheel etc...
I list all the codes somewhere.
As for the keys, I'm not sure whay you mean by recoding, but if you haven't tried the...turn key to on position (don't turn over)/wait 5 seconds/remove key...then try that.
It seems that whenever the battery is disconnected you need to reprogram the keys.

Found your post, but...
It's here... <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/rs4b7/msgs/30431.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/rs4b7/msgs/30431.phtml</a>
Those were the codes I had figured out from the Ross-Tech Wiki / help bubbles as well, but I'm still receiving the following faults. (listed below) Would you be willing to check the part numbers on some of your car's scannable modules to see if they match mine?
I also tried your key suggestion and it didn't work.
I'm hoping that's only being caused by the lack of resistors on the LEDs in my city lights (that will change tomorrow)
Any ideas?

I don't have any ideas for you then....
I'm not a VAG tool expert, I just know how to try things out.
To be safe try putting your stock wheel and airbag back and put all the codes back to stock, then run for fault codes. You should see if all the codes are related to the euro wheel or something else.
If it's the wheel that is causing everything, I would then locate a local Vag tool expert or a local dealership that is willing to help.
I can check my codes next week if you still need them. I'm leaving for Europe on Friday and my friend that has the VAG tool won't be home until Saturday.

What does this mean... "I'm hoping that's only being caused by the lack of resistors on the LEDs in my city lights (that will change tomorrow)" ?

Re: Found your post, but...
We installed LED lights in the city lights (headlights), they're throwing bulb codes due to lack of resisitors. It's a common problem when adding them.

The key 1 is probably the same thing I had...
My keys all of the sudden stopped working and it start working after a restart of the engine. So I took it to the dealer and there was a TSB on the keys doing that. So the dealer replaced both keys and programmed them for me.
I would clear the codes for the control module and telephone one. Then restart your car and drive it for a little while.
If you recently put in the steering wheel then those modules all communicate together so there may be something loose.

I was starting to think this was a dealer issue, and will take it there soon. Do you happen to have a TSB number or a PDF/link to it?
