I like 32 F and 34-38 in back depending on how much over steer you are..........
looking for. The type of tire and any mods will change all of the psi settings. Just make sure you aren't getting too much roll over on the side walls and you should be good. I would also keep checking the psi after every six laps or so as they will come up fast at first but I bet you know that. Don't forget to refill them for the ride home so you don't get caught with under inflated tires once they are cold.

i presume you are driving on stock tires....
with R compounds, I have them Cold 26F 28R....they are best at around 39-40 ...these are usually the NITTO 01R's, your tire may vary...but if i started with anything close to 30, i'd be mid to upper 40's sliding around like I were on ice....
