Default Question regarding insurance when tracking

Anyone has any insurance when doing track days or are you just going 'all in'?
Is there any insurance available and in that case what does it cost?
Cheers!

Default Depends on insurance company and if you are doing a school vs open track.

Cars I really like and plan to keep a while, I take to schools only. Only cars I can throw away, are used in time trials or open track events.

Default Some insurances have exclusions for any activity on a closed-loop track used for racing.

School or not, you may not be covered by your own plan for any event on a racetrack.

ask your agent...usually, if it's not a 'competitive' event, you're good to go.
