Rain or Shine at the track...
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/119234/pboc_moroso_dec.15-16_2007_dl_-_8_187.jpg"></center><p>Had a great track day yesterday. I am a novice, and this car really can correct my rookie mistakes before i know i even made one.
We had rain during the first session, but that was of no bother to me.
Got to hang with Chip Herr, he was at the event. Unfortunately the organizers wouldn't let him take my car out.
A couple more photos in my pic poster...

I think it's because you are wearing a helmet...
and you have a pretty good chance of breaking the window with your melon just bouncing around a little. Lexan's OK, its shatter proof.

It's for safety reasons and no the rain does not come into the car when running at high speeds...
At least in my car. I was very surprised by this. Audi did a good job of preventing it.
