Default Reached for second and the shifter came off. Kinda funny...
... except that I live 1.5 hours from my dealer. Oh well. New cars. I wish I were better at removing shift boots without making jacking stuff up.

Has this happened to anyone else? Shifter **** actually came apart at the linkage and was help on by the boot. I am able to slide it back on.

Default exact same thing happened on my b6s4. There is literally one screw that needs to be put on.
was any work done on your car?

Default Kev, you gotta pay extra for the shift **** that stays on..its not like a Ferrari or anything...

That thing is worse! Didn't even come with a ****! I'm writing a strongly worded letter to my dealer
