AFAIK, he lives in south Orange County, CA, so my guess would be Irvine BMW.

i'm pretty sure the car is at whatever dealer he bought the m5 from....worth finding out, you never know whether the dealer would be willing to take a quick few grand profit rather than inventorying the car and having to go market it...a bird in the hand and all that...
