Roof racks...anyone put them on their RS4?

Roof racks...anyone put them on their RS4?
If so what brand? Thule or Yamika? Also part numbers would be helpful if I order online. Thanks.

I saw the OEM Audi rack on an RS4...
it was pretty cool though it stood a little higher off the roof than the thule. The mounts were nicer and a bit lower profile. Still can't get over a rack on a sedan though. If I decide to get one, it'll be the Audi version.

I've been using them on my cars for the last 10yrs.....
and up until this car, I used to have them on year round. Even with this car, it will stay on all winter and come on and off during the summer. I haven't experience any paint problems but I'm very careful to be sure the surfaces are clean and stay clean. Personally, I've always preferred Yakima, but Thule makes a good product as well. Can't comment on the new OEM racks, but when I looked at them years ago, they were much cheaper looking than the aftermarket setups.

I think the rack setup looked much better on the B5 body style but unless I'm going to start driving an SUV (aint gonna happen), I don't have a choice.

I have the Audi one from my B6 S4 and will be using it on the RS4.....
The Audi rack uses Thule holders, but the bars are car specific. The great thing about the Audi rack is fitment. The holes behind the door make it really easy to get the rack on fast.

OEM mounts are probably made by Thule, but look very different than the current Thule mount...
I bought a set of the latest Thule mounts and returned them after deciding to go against a rack all together. They are very different from the Audi mount that I just saw I on a college kid's RS4. The Audi mount looked much better (even though it's silver) but was a little too tall for my tastes. Both mounts utilize the mounting/locating hole in the jam.
