RS4
Went to the dealership yesterday to take a look at the new S6. Definately wanst looking too hot with the rims they had it sitting on, but they did have an RS4. Took it for a test drive, and couldnt leave home with out it!! This car is beautiful in every way, hands down. Just wanted to say HI.
-Pround new owner of a Phantom black RS4!!
will post pics later.
.. anyone know the scoop on having to drive the car hard for the first 252 miles..?

Lesson 1: Never drive an RS4 unless you want to buy it
Congratulations on your new beast, and welcome to the club!
My opinion: Drive it within the factory break-in limits, but drive it hard in 2nd and 3rd with hard acceleration and engine braking. Let it cool down and cruise on the highway in various gears. Repeat this over and over, especially in the early miles to seat the rings. You're breaking in the engine and drive train, so wait till you're through break-in to apply full throttle for more than an instant. Change out the factory oil after you get through the break-in period.
On some engines, oil consumption may be high for the 1st 2K miles. Just check it every time you gas up ... which is often with this beast. Get yourself a few quarts of a 5W40 or 0W40 oil to top off with. Most of us see oil consumption drop to near zero somewhere between 2K and 5K miles. The engine just keeps getting stronger!
Oh, and you're car gets lonely if she's not driven hard each day. So forget what the wife/gf says and pay attention to your new toy!

Note to self "So forget what the wife/gf says and pay attention to your new toy!".......
Thanks, RI RS4.
I can see this one coming, I'm going to need a list of good excuses as to why I drive the car all the time. How about this one: Don't you know a high performance car needs to be driven a few times a day or it's bad for the engine. Hay, it works for SEX! ;-)

Bauer. I just want to say...
You have the exact cars that I would have if it were financially realistic. I love the UrS cars, always wanted a 5cyl with that nasty sound and 500hp, I love your S4- very well done. (wasnt it also in a magazine a while ago?). Then the big cruisers. My parents have an APR chipped RS6, everytime i visit, i always have to take it for a drive. The torque is addicting. Anyway, done ranting about how much i love your cars.

Thank you....
The UrS4 is now in my friends hands. It has RS2 turbo RS2 exhaust mani and full exhaust. Brembos and other bits.
As for the S4, yes it was in Eurotuner for the GP and the Time Attack. Did not due so well at the Time Attack as one of the turbos was going. But did well at the GP with a win. Below is a link of Paul Lambert driving it. Finished 2.6 seconds faster then the next car and over 5 seconds faster then a 600 wheel hp turbo R32.
