RS4 Avant?
I wonder if this proposed legislation would allow some previously unimportable cars to come here...to Canada that is.

I don't think it was the insurance the problem but a slightly higher governmental crash standard...
A lot of cars were not allowed in Canada because of it even some Audis.
The B5 A4 Avant never made it here because of a rear bumper/tail gate design. The original TTs had to be modified so were the B5 S4s and it took an extra year for Canada and Audi to work out the RS6 file which apparently cost Audi close to a million dollars to sale roughly 100 RS6s.
