Been discussed many times. Unless you're willing to import one yourself and jump through the many (not to mention very expensive) federalization hoops without any guarantees, the simple answer is no, it is not possible to get a B7 RS4 Avant here. And the reason why a US-spec B7 RS4 Avant can't be built is that due to certain US crash test regulations, the rear location of the RS4 battery (other B7's are up front) meant that Audi would need to re-engineer things due to what would be and "exposed" battery in an RS4 Avant, which did not compute from a cost perspective.

So as much as you want to blow someone, looks like you'll have to settle for waiting for a B8 RS4 Avant like the rest of us
