Okay, so I've officially put 500km on the car in the past two days. This car has more than exceeded all of my expectations and then some. And she's not even broken in yet! Some feedback and questions for the group....

1 - There is a smelly plastic burning and a little bit of smoke under the car. I'm told it could be a little bit of wax burn off on the exhaust. Anyone else experience this?

2 - 4th gear is by far my favorite. It is so perfect for all conditions. It's amazing this car has so much torque right off the line!

3 - Everytime I get in the car, the Nav system gives me this warning to accept blah blah blah...Anybody know how to make this go away?

4 - I'm looking for some kind of audio input jack or headphone plug in for and ipod or other type of mp3 player. Any ideas? I've read about IceLink in a few places, but would love some real world advice from this group if you have any.

5 - The S button should be on 100% of the time. Anyone know of how to get it to go on right off that bat and stay on after restarting the car? The sound of the exhaust is absolutely incredible.

6 - Last but not least i have to say that there are really no other superlatives to describe this vehicle. I'm so in love with the smooth and refined power delivery. It honestly doesn't feel like anything until you look down and see yourself doing 200km/h

5 - I press mine just prior to pressing the button to accept on nav moving from the key to shifter

FYI wearing headphones while driving is illegal in many states.

To Question #4 I have the Audi IPOD Adapter in mine and love it. The IPOD even says Audi everytime

I had the same burning plastic smell after hard driving for maybe the first 800mi - nothing wrong now. I would recommend the Dension i-Audi-T2 for your ipod (about $150). You'll lose the CD changer though - you either lose the Sirius or the changer when you add an iPod. It's really a shame Audi couldn't put a $0.15 line-in jack on the head unit.

Good to hear Amir, we need to get together and take pictures of the two RS4's side by side.

Anyhow:

1) Mine did the same thing but was gone by 1500km. I'd take a quick peak under the car just to make sure a pastic bag or something hasn't stuck to the exhaust.

2) 3rd and 4th are bliss.
