In case anyone was still looking for this, I just thought I'd pass this along. I read in a previous thread that someone was able to buy both the steering wheel and the airbag from Europrice, so I sent them an email. This was Alex@europrice's reply:

From what I've seen, the price seems reasonable and I don't have to take my chances with ebay on the airbag. At least this way, I know for sure that the airbag that I'm getting is for the RS4. I've also seen used sets for sale for around $1200 so this price doesn't look bad at all. Anyways, I just wanted to share in case anyone was still looking like I was.
