This is the "2nd gen" design; also available from Audi Collection ($25) and other locations.
RS4bro: It's a Flexfit-style: no adjustment/strap on the back; the hat expands/stretches.

They're pretty much next-to-impossible to find (although I had the good fortune of finding one last year). A forum member saw that I was looking for one and mailed me his. After I found another one through my own efforts I did a karma and gave one away.
