Maybe they meant 210F? that would sound about right, but the digital oil temp on the car
wont even display a temp of 120. The lowest reading my digital display has gotten is 126F.

Clearly a typo or you've left out some context. At 120F, the oil is still just warming-up. Normal operating temp for my car so far is around 220F. I expect it will be higher once the summer arives (ambient temp has been a pretty cool 50F on average here in the Seattle area). Motor is still tight too with only 600 mi so, on the other hand, I expect that's contributing to its running a bit hotter than it will once it's fully broken-in under similar operating conditions.

I'll 2nd that!! exactly what I see under the same driving styles as yours AUDIFAN008... So, it must be normal :-)
