RS4 Run Flat Tires?
I have an Avus Silver, Black Intgerior, Premium Package RS4 pending delivery in late November, 2006, and will be trading in my 2004 Silver/Black Interior/Loaded S4 at that time.
Anyone know about the "Run Flat Tires" on the RS4? How far/fast can someone travel with these if you have a "routine" flat?
Also, how effective is the patch/inflation kit included with the vehicle. I recently had a flat on my S4 and was really glad I had a spare, which is not an option with the RS4.
