RS4 Vs......
Ferrari F430:
My friend and I were driving late last night. Decided to see what the two cars could do. We were at a roll from 60. Did 2 runs, one where I was in second and one where I was in 3rd. Both times the Ferrari just completely took off. I know this is not new news, but just interesting. It was only about a car length infront of me and I had a passenger.
Clear Winner: Ferrari F430
Mitsu Evo IX:
Was returning from service. Friend (A4tooS4) was in RS4 I was in evo. From a light, the RS4 got the jump but once the turbo kicked in the evo was gone. A4 claims manual slid out of holder and hit him in knee. RS4 started reeling in the lead after 50ish.
Winner? Undecided. Had it gone to 100 or so im sure the RS4 would have been out ahead. Very close matched cars in a straight line.
Legal Disclaimer: We were racing around in traffic or anything. Both times roads were clear etc etc. Just information for you guys. Dont you feel inferior now that your RS4 that you paid 75k for loses to a 30k evo

too many introduced variables to make any kind of valid conclusion...
"racing" with a passenger, mis-shifts, etc...
timed 0-30/0-60/0-100 runs would help, but would take some work.

yeah just having fun and seeing what these cars are capable of. Nothing serious.
But the cars were close, thats the point. It wasnt like the evo blew away the RS4 or anything. The ferrari was a different story

Look out for Seagulls when doing high speed test with an RS4 vs Evo ;-)
