Default Neither. The best modern example...

of an engine on display is without a doubt Ferrari. No meaningless plastic covers, just a clean engine bay that you can see from inside or outside the car. The best feature is the slightly triangular rear view mirror that lets you see the intake plenums from the driver seat.

Notice is doesn't say "3.6 liter V8". What on earth Audi was thinking when they stamped that crap on the plastic covers in the R8 I will never know.

Default Ferrari as nothing on this one baby!

Aluminium, Magnesium and lots of Carbon fibre.

Makes that Ferrari look like a Toyota.

That is positively space-age looking. Wow.

However, the blingiest engines have to be Panteras! At every show there are a number with blinding chrome details!

Default ONLY problem...

You have to pop the hood.

BUT, you are right. I saw one in person at my first ever track event. It was like a religious experience or something. (or ****).

Default Here's a question....

Can I send my wife to hang out with you for a few weeks????

We just left "National Treasure". She asked a few questions about the Ferrari featured. In the discussion, she learned what an F1 transmission is. Until an hour ago, she never knew!

But at least she can drive stick (and enjoys the RS4). It's almost a lost art these days.

Although... if she liked cars too, we would be broke!!!!

Default She chose a stick over auto for the Maxima, right??

"That's a great start right there." Obviously good taste in women;-) Happy New Year, BTW.
