Wow so the RS4 outfuns both the M3 and the M5... Pretty amazing this car..
Even if its not unanimous, this car has split so many otherwise would be M lovers in the auto-press.
Audi really has done such a great job on this car. Looking back on over a year of ownership its clearer than ever.

...and they seem to be headed in a weight/balance direction with the
"5" platform. I speculate that the RS5, whenever it happens and whatever its cost, will lure some of us to the next step in the progression.

I wouldn't exactly say "outrun".....
I think overall, they are a performance match, although the M5 will pull far ahead as speeds get into the triple digits. What they concluded was that overall, the RS4 was a much more rewarding driving experience. That, in the end, is the most important thing.
