Out of the corner of my eye I saw some oval exhaust tips on a parked gray Audi so I swung around to see if it was another RS4. Mine is the only RS4 in the area (hicksville).
It was an RS6! I've never seen one around here. Man, that thing was nice. It had some BBS wheels - CH I think. The only other RS6 I've seen was in in a dealer showroom last fall and it was used going for $60K.
Beautiful car! Looked a lot like the RS4, especially from the front. Did they come with oval exhaust tips, or was that aftermarket?

If it looked like the RS4 from the front, it was not a C5 RS6 as they had the old grille.
I doubt they would be testing a C6 RS6 stateside without some camouflage.

It was a 2003. It's just that I haven't seen any around here
Only the lower part of the grill was similar to our cars. Back in 2003 I wanted to order one, but my Audi dealer wasn't "RS certified" whatever that meant.
A very good looking car overall. Doesn't really even look dated (much).
