Yep, legal to sell if it's not from Audi
Audi won't sell a new vehicle to people in Canada. No different when it was the reverse years ago when most manufacturer's put a stop to US people trying to buy from Canada.
One difference with this is the speedometer with both mph and kmh markings. We just have kmh - cleaner looking speedometer. I also find 78 miles on it not considered "new". Last two Audi's of mine had less than 10 miles on it.
Finally, he's also mistaken that it's not being sold in Canada here. They were already on sale in December, sure maybe slim pickings but they are available.
In the end, one can save quite a bit from buying from the US.
