SF Bay Area Service Advice
I have a 2008 RS4 that has been serviced exclusively by Livermore Audi. Unfortunately, I have been less than impressed with their service department, and I am no longer willing to take my car there. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

There was someone here a little while ago who said Livermore Audi was stellar, the best.
Unfortunately, you can get both good and bad experiences at ANY dealer. It happens.
Maybe give Carlson a try, if convenient. AFAIK, unlike many others they haven't gone thru owenership changes and aren't owned by some large dealer network or corporation.
