Default Shipping plugs are in the RS4s for use during transit

According to the sales manager at my dealer the car is shipped with higher temperature plugs to deal with the short running periods that will be encountered during shipping. (Start/move/stop) The dealer installs the "real" set prior to delivery.

I'm guessing this probably helps a lot. Neither my B5 nor B6 S4s liked to be started, pulled out of the garage, then stopped. They would all spit/sputter and blow black smoke when started up again later (like after a wash was complete).

Default Milltek had trouble with their RS 4 doing a lot of startup and shutdown...

during development and just shuffling the car around the facility. -Pete

Default they should've gotten some GoJaks!

I've always thought these things are pretty cool:

I wonder if you could use these and tow a RS4 over very short distances with an ATV or something...hmm.

GoJak

Default I use those all the time at work, they are soooo amazing. Especially when you have a tight space and

need to put the car at a different angle for a shoot. Much better than trying to drive it.

Default yeah ive def moved SUVs alone with that thing, although once you get momentum it may be tricky to

stop the car. Just make sure you have a firm place to hold on, go slow, and youll be fine.
