Default Shipping the RS4 on a big boat....
so im taking the Audi to europe (the RS4) and driving her around for a while. Also ill be taking her on the ring and back to her birthplace in ingolstadt/Neckarsulm.

My main question was that I was 90% gonna get the car her own container. The thing is Roll on Roll off (RORO) transport is alot cheaper. Has anyone had any experience of this kind? I know audi brings the cars here RORO, but should I reinstall the shipping blocks, etc?

What do you guys think?

Default Obviously you have not heard of the u-boats
that have not heard the war was over!

I shipped a RS500 Cosworth over that way and it was fine ( RORO)

Default cool. I am going to go to the audi dealer to see what they reccomend. I am also talking
to AoA to see what we can work out.

Default RoRo...Use Shipping Blocks, and have the car put in transport mode...
Also have it detailed and get a shipping bag from your dealer (it gets salty in the boat).

Default nice, i realized if I ship it to barcelona they dont have RORO, but with the UK they do.
ill have my dealer prep the car. Are the shipping blocks easy to install/take out yourself? Im guessing if not, then ill just take it to a dealer in Barcelona when the car arrives.
