Default Silver Interior owners.. would you do it again?

I love the way they look.. but I've heard and read on AW that they pick up dye from jeans etc..

Thoughts?

Default nope...had 99A4 to a 05.5 S4 and 03 RS6 all with Silver

and no problems, but I do use the meguiers leather wipes every week. I'm very diligent I've had more problems with the black plastic belt buckle (the part that has the button) rubbing on the leather but a quick wipe with the leather cleaner makes it look brand new....

Default It's a great contrast to the Sprint Blue.... but I really do like black the best.

I find the silver leather really easy to clean so far. But I do have a crease starting to form on the driver's seat side bolster, which I'm not that thrilled about.

Default Yes. Very elegant with the blue exterior. And,

it's time you wear something better than those jeans!

Default Yes. Love the color combo with the mugello blue exterior.

no issues yet with dye, etc. but have only had the car a few weeks.

Default I've had a TT with silver interior for almost five years...

and no dye has been transferred from clothing. Rubbing from the rear seatbelts will cause some discoloration, but this is easily removed with leather cleaner.

depends how clean you are. I knew this slovenly guy who had silver, and it looked like crap.

Not me. I'm a neat freak, but it seems no matter what I do the seats just won't stay showroom fresh. I also have problems with the rear seatbelt buckle rubbing against the seat and marking it up.

Silver interior looks great, but very tough to keep clean.
