Sirius not avail in 2008 models?

Sirius not avail in 2008 models?

I'm looking at options list at audi and kbb, and only see the iPod dock and CD options...

Is there no option for Sirius now? Or is it just not factory option?

if you order premium pkg, it will have Sirius. XM is no longer available on VW/Audi vehicles.

For 2007's, are Sirius and XM interchangable?

As in, if I found a used one with XM, and I want Sirius, is it swappable, like on my old B6 S4?

Some might argue that...

...the sound quality of XM service is superior to that of Sirius and you'd be better of keeping as is (if that's your preference).

Having said that, yes, they can be interchanged...but you may need different/modified connectors. "Reggie" recently did the Sirius->XM swap and could be a good resource.
