Default Sirius sat radio
I'm looking to buy a 2008 RS4 with nav. Do they all come with sat radio, or was that just an option? Thanks!

It was a option - you can also convert it to XM as some have done:

If it didn't come with sat, is it possible to add it in later?

Yep - it is prewired - and I suspect most came with sat - but if not the cabling that I showed in my write up is there. All you will need is the correct module

Navigation comes with the Premium package option on the RS4. The RNS-E Navigation has the Sirius tuner included.
